- I started cooking about two years ago, and never really expected to enjoy doing it. But as I got more comfortable in the kitchen, I became more confident in my abilities and just started having fun. To the point where I could try my own approach to things and just experiment with recipes. The blog just became a nice avenue in which to share what I'm making, what I've tried, and to solicit suggestions or comments about recipes.
